       Stand multimeter and check 

   Vin section ✅

   3v/5v coil NO voltage

      Check 3v 5v IC ( RT8223m) requirment_____

       Vin 🆗

        3v LDO 🆗

         5V LDO 👍

        EN pin voltage 🆗

        REF voltage noT generate 

          May be this line capicitor is faulty / IC faulty

          Changed IC ( RT8223M)

     prblm solved 

   Board trigger and ON , come display
