How To Identify N-channel And P-channel MOSFET

Finding the difference between n-channel and P -channel MOSFET can be tricky. But, I will tell you how to know N-channel and P-channel MOSFET easily. The easy method to recognize that which is that particular MOSFET is by marking code given on it. The ending of the marking code tells us that whether the MOSFET is N-channel or P-channel.

Main Difference Between N-channel MOSFET And P-channel MOSFET:

The significant difference between the two MOSFET is:
N-channel MOSFET ends with even number, i-e, 0, 2, 4, 6, 8
P-channel MOSFET ends with an odd number, i-e, 1, 3, 5, 7, 9

Examples For N-channel MOSFET And P-channel MOSFET:

N-channel Mosfet:
This N-channel MOSFET ends with 2, which is even number.
This N-channel MOSFET ends with 8, which is even number.

This N-channel MOSFET ends with 0, which is even number.
This N-channel MOSFET ends with 2, which is even number.

This N-channel MOSFET ends with 4, which is even number.
This N-channel MOSFET ends with 6, which is even number.
This N-channel MOSFET ends with 6, which is even number.

P-channel Mosfet:
This P-channel MOSFET ends with 9, which is odd number.
This P-channel MOSFET ends with 3, which is odd number.

This P-channel MOSFET ends with 7, which is odd number.
This P-channel MOSFET ends with 5, which is odd number.
This P-channel MOSFET ends with 3, which is odd number.
This P-channel MOSFET ends with 5, which is odd number.
This P-channel MOSFET ends with 5, which is odd number.
This P-channel MOSFET ends with 9, which is odd number
